Bring hope to the holidays for Colorado Families:
The annual Kenzi’s Causes© Toy Shop

“I was afraid my children wouldn’t have a Christmas this year. This is a great help.”

For thousands of families in Colorado, every dollar is precious, and extra cash —especially for your kids during the holidays — is tough to come by.

Kenzi’s Causes© helps ease the burden of underprivileged families with its annual Toy Shop, which serves six communities across Colorado. Low-income families can come to the toy shop, free of charge, and pick out gifts for their children.

Founded in 2007 by Jessica Bachus, Kenzi’s Causes provided a new toy, a small toy, a book and a care kit to 14,268 Colorado children. For 2019, it has a goal to serve more than 15,000 children across the state.

75.4% of the families the organization supported 2018 had an annual household income of $20,000 or less per year.

“We realized there are families in need all over the state,” said founder Jessica Bachus. “And if they’re in need, they can’t get to Denver to get a toy from the toy shop there.”

Seeing an opportunity to serve families across the expanse of Colorado, Kenzi’s Causes expanded to toy shops in Denver, Fort Collins, Longmont, Colorado Springs, Pueblo, and Rifle.

You can drop off new toys for the toy shop at our Bachus & Schanker, LLC office in Denver, Colorado:

1801 California Street, Suite 4800
Denver, CO 80202

Please visit kenziscauses.org for information on eligibility to receive a toy from the toy shop.
